Timanttiset got more space

Westpack offers remote warehouse to all customers. With a remote warehouse, the customer always has packaging in stock, and it does not take up space in own company.

One of the companies that benefits from the solution is Finnish Timanttiset that is one of the leading distributors of watches and jewellery in Finland. The chain has 80 shops in 43 Finnish cities:

- Earlier we ordered all our packaging in the Far East and had it all delivered twice a year. It took up pretty much space in our warehouse, and we had trouble finding space for all of it, says Sami Koskinen who is Managing Director in Timanttiset.

Now Westpack produces all packaging to Timanttiset. At the same time, the company has a remote warehouse in Holstebro, Denmark.

- We order from the remote warehouse with Westpack around six times a year. We order small and large batches depending on our need for the next couple of months. This saves us a lot of space, says Sami Koskinen who is very satisfied with the arrangement.

- The remote warehouse means that we do not need to have more packaging in stock than absolutely necessary. Also we need not worry about running dry, he says.

Sami Koskinen adds that the products from Westpack are of high quality at the right price. All delivered on time.
