    We start with a conversation about your brand, products, needs and ambitions. You don't need to have every detail figured out.

    We design and present

    We turn the brief into a solution. We explore materials, construction, finishes and design to create a packaging solution built around your requirements.

    You approve

    You review samples, materials and details. We refine and adjust until everything is ready for production.

  4. 04

    We define the production setup

    We find the right way to produce it. Denmark, Europe or Asia. We match your project with the right production setup based on requirements such as volume, lead time, cost and complexity.

    We produce

    We check quality throughout, including tarnish testing, with controls before, during and after production.

  6. 06

    We plan the logistics

    Direct shipping, warehousing or flexible call-offs. We set up the flow around how and where you need your packaging.

  7. 07

    We deliver

    Ready when and where you need it. Your packaging arrives ready to use, whether it's going to one location or across multiple markets.

    We support beyond delivery

    We stay involved after delivery, supporting repeat orders, adjustments and ongoing optimisation as your needs develop.

Common questions

Practical questions about the process.

  • Can the project change along the way?

    Yes. Decisions are made step by step, with room to refine materials, construction and details before final approval and production.

  • Do you have in-house design help?

    Yes, the Westpack Design Studio is part of our team. From first sketch to producible dielines, without bringing an external studio onto the project.

  • At what point do we commit to production?

    Not until the solution, specifications and relevant samples have been approved. You know what is going into production before the production run begins.

  • How involved do we need to be during the process?

    As much as the project requires. We bring the right decisions to you at the right time and handle the coordination behind the scenes.

  • What happens if a sample isn't quite right?

    That's what sampling is for. We review your feedback, make the necessary adjustments and refine the solution before moving into production.

  • Do you support repeat orders?

    Yes. Repeat orders and long-term packaging setups, carried by the same named contact, year after year. We monitor your inventory levels and stay in close dialogue with you, triggering production runs with enough lead time to prevent stock-outs, so you never run empty during a launch or peak season.
